Absolute Luxury Cleaning Services prioritizes its clientele and is committed to delivering superior cleaning services. To maintain operational efficiency and ensure equitable treatment for both our clients and personnel, the subsequent cancellation policy is hereby established.
Absolute Luxury Cleaning Services will supply all necessary cleaning products and tools unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients are responsible for providing access to water, electricity, and adequate lighting at the job site.
Services may be performed by either employees or subcontractors of Absolute Luxury. Clients are strictly prohibited from soliciting or hiring our staff or subcontractors directly.
Any alterations to the original scope of work or requested materials after signing the agreement may result in additional charges. All quoted prices are valid for 30 days; prices may be subject to change if service is delayed beyond this period.
Residential Clients: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, unless alternate arrangements have been made in writing.
Commercial Clients: Payment is due within 30 days of the service completion date (Net 30). A deposit of up to 50% may be required for certain services.
All service-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Failure to report an issue within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the service rendered.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling fees.

To ensure proper adjustments can be made, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least within the 30 days period. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service, the full amount will be charged.
All executed scopes of work are contractually binding agreements. If you need to cancel any scheduled service appointment, please do so immediately in an effort to avoid a Cancellation Fee.
