Cancellation Guidelines

At Absolute Luxury Cleaning Services, we value our clients and strive to provide exceptional cleaning services. We have established the following cancellation policy to ensure efficiency and fairness for all our clients and staff.

Cancellation Notice Requirement:

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees:

  • Less than 24-hour notice: A 50% charge of the scheduled service price will apply.
  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: A 100% charge of the scheduled service price will apply.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Clients may reschedule their service at no charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee.

Exceptions:

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency situation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential exceptions.

Our Right to Cancel:

  • Absolute Luxury Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness or severe weather. In such cases, we will reschedule at no additional cost to the client.
